These terms govern your use of RoutineAI. RoutineAI is a personal hobby project offered free of charge and provided as is. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

RoutineAI lets you log meals by photographing them and provides AI-generated estimates of calories and macronutrients, along with goal tracking and history.

Estimates are not medical advice

Nutrition values in RoutineAI are estimates produced by an AI model and are shown as ranges to reflect their uncertainty. They may be inaccurate and are provided for general informational purposes only. RoutineAI is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your diet or health.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.

Acceptable use

Use RoutineAI only for its intended purpose. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or access other users’ data.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant us the permission needed to process and store that content to operate the service, including sending it to our AI provider for analysis.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoutineAI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on its estimates.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
